   Hi, I’m considering to get a vacation home in Tagaytay.I have some questions to ask:
   1.Is this part of Tagaytay or Batangas?
   2. Will there be no problem with flooding or erosion of property?
   3.What is the difference between the two lots, largo and verde?How come largo is more expensive than verde?
   4.If I buy the 750 sqm, is there any restriction as to how much sqm would be utilized for the house?
   5. When can I start building my own house after I paid the downpayment.
   6.Is there any payment schemes available for foreign buyers?I am a Filipino citizen living in the US.
   7.Is the view of Taal lake and volcano not restricted in my future property or is there any lot that has a lion share of the view?
   8.Do I need to get my own realtor or I can make all arrangements with your office.
   9.If I have my own realtor, will it make the price higher?Who pays for their commission, or is it taken from the the gross amount? How much % do they make for a commission?

   Well, thank you for entertaining my questions.My husband and I are planning to visit the Phils. next year.I saw the cottages around your property, do you rent this to guests? if yes, how much per day?

   I am looking for a buyer who would like to assume amortization payments for a lot around 800 sqm., plus give reasonable compensation to payments already made.

     Di na yun kailangan. Ilaan na lang nila yung pondo sa pagnliilis ng lake. Pag malinis na ang lake, masmagboboost yun ng tourism.Pero para sa mga nagcomment na masisira rin yun kung sakaling pumutok ang bulkan, di nyo ba naisip na di lang yung sign ang masisira kundi pati na din yung mismong bulkan at mga bahay at negosyong nasapaligid ng bulkan??At para din dun sa nagcomment na takluban na lang yung view ng bulkan para di pakinabangan ng iba, seryoso ka ba?! At ang damot mo naman pre! Di kami ganyan kadamot!
