Hi, I’m considering to get a vacation home in Tagaytay.I have some questions to ask:
1.Is this part of Tagaytay or Batangas?
2. Will there be no problem with flooding or erosion of property?
3.What is the difference between the two lots, largo and verde?How come largo is more expensive than verde?
4.If I buy the 750 sqm, is there any restriction as to how much sqm would be utilized for the house?
5. When can I start building my own house after I paid the downpayment.
6.Is there any payment schemes available for foreign buyers?I am a Filipino citizen living in the US.
7.Is the view of Taal lake and volcano not restricted in my future property or is there any lot that has a lion share of the view?
8.Do I need to get my own realtor or I can make all arrangements with your office.
9.If I have my own realtor, will it make the price higher?Who pays for their commission, or is it taken from the the gross amount? How much % do they make for a commission?
