Taal View Heights is a 102 hectare (252 acre) residential gated community located along the Tagaytay-Talisay ridge. The property beholds a magnificent view of the ever-changing panorama overlooking Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.

Taal View Heights has an elevation of 150 to 350 meters (492.15 to 1,148 feet) above sea level. Taal View Heights has a slightly lower elevation compared to Tagaytay proper with an average temperature of 25 degrees Celcius.

Apart from the cool climate, the panoramic view of Taal Volcano, and the thick vegetation highlighted by coconut and fruit bearing trees, Taal View Heights also offers automatic membership privileges to the Buena Vista Nature Park and Country Club.

Entering Taal View Heights, you will be greeted with a fantastic view of Taal Lake and the surrounding farmland. It comes to no surprise that visitors who are burdened with a tight schedule decide to drop their matters in place of the absolute nature surrounding the greeting area.

The greeting area is a facility that houses a mini bar, a multitude of nipa huts to enjoy the view and the cabana for meetings and other functions.
